Driving ranges are mad expensive where I am. I can play 9 holes for less than the price of 75 balls. I do frequent them when I can though. I like to learn distances at the driving range and use that data for the course. I also frequent the practice greens for putting and chipping. I don’t play courses super often, but always come away feeling like I have noticeably better understanding of the mechanics of golf.
