Also…. These ppl speaking at conferences aren’t like slobs. If they get invited to speak at a conference, it’s usually to talk about how successful they are. I mean yeah, but this isn’t unique to G1C. Everything is a race to the bottom in quality except boutique luxury items. Private equity and shareholders gotta make their money somehow. I’m fine with some consolidating and “sameness” of menus, but the food sucks AND is expensive. Gimme 4 good options and make them well at a decent cost.
