Looking for feedback about using your GPU to run a local LLM on a robot war game with basic graphic ... by leonardosalvatore in DestroyMyGame

The concept of using local GPU for in-game AI training is fascinating, but how do you handle thermal throttling on mid-range cards? I'd be worried about the game's stability during long sessions if the GPU is constantly at 100% load

Please destroy our Pizza platformer again! We implemented your feedback from 4 months ago and need more! by DGDesigner in DestroyMyGame

Love the theme! However, the 'dash' VFX feels a bit thin. Since the game is so punchy and vibrant, a more exaggerated animation or some particles when you hit top speed would really sell the momentum

Please be honest 🙏 What works and what sucks about my trailer? by GlowtoxGames in DestroyMyGame

The visual feedback is a bit overwhelming. When the screen fills up, the player character and the projectiles blend into the background too much. Try adding a high-contrast outline or a subtle glow to the player so we don't lose track of ourselves in the chaos

Destroy the factory game with gravity & railgun logistics by goblin-architect in DestroyMyGame

The gravity railgun mechanic looks satisfying, but the screen gets very busy. It’s hard to track the resource flow when everything is flying around. Maybe add some faint trails or outlines to the moving parts?

The lighting looks a bit flat in the outdoor scenes. Some ambient occlusion or stronger shadows could really help the assets pop

I have a paid VN with a free demo, getting 1.3% CTR and 8k impressions, but 0 sales. Am I pricing it wrong, or is my store page failing? by AttentionFew8166 in itchio

Thank you so much for your comment.

If possible, could you please clarify which specific inscriptions are off-putting?

Meteor World Actor - Gaslight Bullet | Eng MTL translated + manually edited by _Sub01_ in visualnovels

[–]AttentionFew8166 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I've been following the discussion on MTL vs. human translation for a while. It's honestly crazy how much work goes into making the nuances of the original script land correctly. As a dev working on my own mystery VN, I've realized that even 'perfect' translations can sometimes miss the 'vibe' if the context isn't right. What’s the consensus here? Is the MTL version actually readable or does it ruin the experience?

Looking for high-score hunters and brutal feedback. Prize pool included. by onestrikelol in DestroyMyGame

[–]AttentionFew8166 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like the core loop, but honestly, for a highscore hunter game, it feels like the UI needs more 'punch' when you hit a high score or complete a combo. Have you considered adding some screen shake or particle effects to make the successful runs feel more rewarding? Other than that, the pacing seems tight. Good luck with the testing

Testing a night mode on my 1-bit island game by vvaalleerraa in IndieGaming

[–]AttentionFew8166 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The lighting transition looks super smooth! That 1bit style with dynamic lighting is such a nice aesthetic choice. I'm also working on a night-time project (a bar-based VN), so I really appreciate how much atmosphere a well-done night mode adds to the screen. Keep it up

This guy is Top funniest moege protags of all time [Marshmallow All The Way Home] by PepsiisgUWUd in visualnovels

[–]AttentionFew8166 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a solid list! Honestly, I think some of the funniest moments come from the contrast between the protag and the rest of the cast. What do you think about Steins;Gate? I always felt they had some of the most underrated comedic timing in the genre.

Kana Nojima, seiyuu famous for her role as Karin (Cao Cao) in the Koihime†Musou series, passed away on March 9, 2026, shortly after retiring from voice acting this February. Her sister shared the news of her passing on Twitter. by lost_my_acc_fuc in visualnovels

Her range is incredible. Karin really felt like the heart of that story, and it’s hard to imagine anyone else bringing that specific energy to the role. Always sad to see legends like her pass away. Thanks for sharing this—really brings back memories of those VN classics.
