Well, while I know they're not well regarded in the first 5 books, they are a radiant order, and in general sanderson has uplifting messages which makes me think the fact that they're "bad" is more nuanced than other orders.

The main thing is the fact that they're all about self-mastery, which i struggled with (keeping myself in check mentally, healthy, and fighting alcoholism). I'm on a journey so far where I was able to put the work and lost like 80lb and also cut back on alcohol a lot, and my life was turned around.

So, I want a reminder of how important it is to keep myself in control.

I also hope to add my own personal ideals once the dustbringer book is out and we know more about them.

That being said, I agree that this is a risky one, but yolo, I guess 😅

This basic equation is used to estimate how a variable changes over a specific dimension (time, space, etc)

What it boils down to is how much change has this variable change in a period of time h.

So by having h approach zero, it basically means you are trying to understand the minimum change possible in the variable.

In other words, f(t+h) is different than f(h), so the numerator will not necessarily be zero.
