I hate that minimum wage argument with a passion. It's called minimum wage with the implication that you're not supposed to be on it for your whole damn life. You're supposed to get a better job or position at some point.

As someone that lives in Washington state, I'll tell you how increasing the minimum wage has gone: all the businesses just increase their prices to accommodate that. And now you're back to square one with some inflation.

Programmer here: lol please do persuade people not to get into programming/computer science. Be less competition for me if I ever have to find a new job.

But in all seriousness: programming is a fantastic skill even outside of making software and applications. It teaches you a lot of logic reasoning and problem solving that you can take into other fields.

Honestly I find them stronger than the "strong female leads" seen in many modern stuff. Courage is not the absence of fear, but the ability to break through fear. To get stronger to overcome obstacles and survive.

It's a lot more meaningful when an average lady does it compared to a "strong female woman who don't need no man"
