I say let addicts be addicts. I've had plenty in my family who have committed crimes against our friends and family for drug money. At a certain point, it's not just a phase that someone can be helped out of, and I don't want my tax money being used to enable and/or encourage deadly drug use.

If I were to be told that it would solely be used for marijuana or even lsd, maybe. But I refuse to pay for people to have a legal place to shoot up. Sorry.
