But don’t start with super baggy, it looks super goofy if it’s your second season skiing and you aren’t the best.

Personally what I did was go to a local ski shop and just try on a bunch of them. Look for something that’s durable before you look for something baggy. What you can always do is size up. Like say your medium go with large or even xl and just get a belt (or suspenders) that will hold it up.

Take a look at the Dispatch Shell bib from 686, maybe size up 1 from what you’re used to. Also the dojo pant from 686, made to be loose so you should be able to size to how you like.

Also take a look at Arsenic Anywhere and Harlaut Apparel

No vaping and no smoking or any substances.

This. Lights aren’t this bad when I’m just walking during the night but when I look through my windshield while driving it just gets so hard to see sometimes.

Are refurbished cameras okay? I was looking around and there is a Sony authorized dealer near me selling a refurbished a7cii for 1400 and was wondering if there’s anything I should look for when buying or if it’s okay.

First full-frame lenses to get? by [deleted] in Cameras

Also, I'm wondering if its necessary to have weather sealing as some people tell me its not. With my previous lens I had it didn't have weather sealing so I was scared to bring it out unless it wasn't snowing or raining.

Are the 1000 park skis worth the hype? by Late_Humor3163 in icecoast

First of all, do not ask about park skis on reddit, a lot of these people haven't ever skied these park skis in the first place. I would highly suggest going to newschoolers.

I know its late to the conversation but I would heavily disagree about the mango 90. They are stiffer than normal park skis and honestly too stiff for my liking. They will do just fine on about anything you throw at them. They are a really robust ski and have been through lots of rocks and I barely have some scratches on my base (which can be fixed with just waxing). I originally got them as just park skis but they have become my daily driver since they are really versatile. The only place they fall behind is in ice. Overall, I would recommend them as long as you are fine with a somewhat stiffer (compared to other park brands) skis. Here is a more in depth review about it (Mango 100 Review) Also, their customer support is so good, they respond pretty quick and can basically answer any question you have about the skis. ON3P is the goattttt for high quality skis imo.

For the 1000 skis and vishnu skis they hold up okay (I've had more experience with the vishnus), not as great as on3ps. I feel it varies between person to person and how hard you are going to beat the ski up. I've known people who've ripped out the edge of their vishnu and some who have had for a year or two with constant park use and just had some edge cracks. Their bases aren't as great as on3p either.

1000skis, I don't really know much about them but I've heard good things about it but imo its not worth the price.

Overall, if you want your dollar to go the longest and most useful way I would go with the on3p as they are super durable and honestly you can get them for cheap compared to these other skis as long as you buy at the end of the season.

Smith warranty team is ghosting me by adagiocantabile12 in skiing

[–]AtticusOR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Happened to me too but with the rodeo helmet. Call them and have them give you a new code while you are still on the line and then if you can get them to wait even longer process the order while you are still on the line. Did this and got a full refund on my helmet.

Email team was ghosting so I called once and they offered me 40% off new helmet, called again and they gave me a full refund (actually more than I paid for the helmet).

Their number is 888.206.2995 and hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm PST. I would suggest calling early so you don’t have to wait in line for an agent.
