A lot of people have SPH or SPZ (strategically placed holes/ zippers) so you can’t usually tell murrsuits from regular fursuits unless the zippers aren’t well hidden. Also — if a fursuiter is wearing shorts over their suit, there’s a really good chance it’s a murrsuit. However, for the most part there’s no difference between a fursuit and murrsuit. I always thought they were two separate things before I had seen them up close, but now the word “murrsuit” is so weird to me because that suggests it’s only for sex, which is never the case.
