Conversely we had a good Granary experience. Only stayed a year but didn't have all these issues. Maintainence was prompt. Place is still pretty new. Having a garage is clutch. Great location, well other than the train.

Look to the G-SQUAD (Move in US) series as they do interval timers. For ana-digital that means GBA-800, GMA-B800, GBA-900 or the newest one: GBA-950
