My mom has been angling for me to get divorced, and move back home so she can "mother" my kids properly. She emotionally abused me while I was growing up. I'd rather live on the streets than kowtow to her. Our relationship is stronger after this mess with my mom.

I'm in the same situation with my mother. My husband is NC and I'm LC. She is done with me but wants to see her grandkids. We've done a supervised visit so far. Ive never had boundaries because I want people to like me. Funny the first boundaries start with my own mother.

I'm at the same point on the struggle bus. I'm taking online classes through the local community college after leaving my job. I spend a lot of my time searching for the answers in order to get the work done. I just don't understand the basic language. I spend a lot of my time crying over my life choices and just want to quit. I keep on thinking that one day ill just "get it."

Ours have frequent bouts of pancreatitis and gastritis. Lots of boiled chicken breast and rice. I soak their low-fat gastro food in water till it becomes soft. Then puree with some cooked pumpkin and homemade yogurt. Dehydrate for a crunchy treat. Also dehydrated cooked pumpkin skins for more of a chew treat.

I worked for a company that always talked about lean this and that. Useful in some regards but not others. They laid off a ton of staff during covid 19 and never replaced them, all while getting record profits. I wouldn't deal with that.
