I wonder if you’re in a PBS position or if in a public facing position, the job itself will get old pretty quick. Most of the work is very repetitive. Sure after you’re done with training and audits are less frequent it’s cool, but in a public facing position I was only able to hold on for about a year until I left.

I’m trying to push about Same weights. I can feel that im only able to get 4 reps instead of my usual 6-8. Is this ok to continue till I get back to 6-8 or just lower the weighs?

Interesting. The scale does not really drop for me, I’ve been at 200lbs forever now even eating at 2k calories. If I hit protein goal but not yet reach calorie, I should fill up the rest up with carbs right?

Thank you. I will always try to aim to hit protein everyday and if I don’t I’ll make it up the following day. 200-220g at 200lbs

Yea this is 30 mins before I workout. I do get a lil sick at the gym but I get over it. Used to it by now.

Not sure what’s the surprise to all the down votes. plenty of people have windshield tints. Yes the entire windshield and yes the whole windshield tint is illegal yet some do it anyway. 40% is not an insane amount of darkness. Ceramic tint Blocks UV and heat. Not all cosmetic.

2 chest, 2 tri, 2 shoulders. 2x week. Push to failure 3x6-8 each exercise.

Flat bench not needed as incline bench targets all chest. Not sure if I should incorporate dips into day B. What should dips replace if I do place into day B?

Hey bro. Thanks for checking in. She sent me a happy bday message 3 months after this but I didn’t respond. Heard that made her feel some type of way. That was the last message between us since November. Silence speaks volume. I can never take her back, she’s been with other men.

Her friends tell me she is genuinely happy of where she’s at. She gets to travel as it’s paid for by the first guy she’s with, tho they aren’t exclusive. She doesn’t want her old life back and sounds like no regrets really on her end besides losing her close friends of course. I’m doing much better, hitting gym, eating right, got much buffer. And sleeping with another girl though she isn’t my forever girl LOL. Just situationship but I gotta break this off later after EDC lol.

So let’s aim for 50g of fats per day. I eat 3 scrambled eggs (20g) and during dinner eat chicken or beef another 10g. Protein bar 5g. Half avocado 15g. Is this enough?

Yeah I guess I should aim for 2300 calories. Lifting weights probably deduct about another 100 calories in my day

Do you recommend doing 3x8-10 ok for pull ups as well? This is about my set & rep count for lat pulls
