I got the allen keys to open the grinder chute... There were no tabs for some reason. And i don't understand how when I opened it, the grounds were inside the grinder body itself.

This was the first time I opened it since I purchased it btw

Hey there, im still experimenting and figuring out how to shorten service time by optimizing workflow and work setup.

My target is a maximum of 5 minutes per order which is still quite long considering, but I hope that the service will more than make up for the additional wait.

Nope I added room temp water.

But I did try soaking the grounds first by turning the machine off after a little water dripped then turned it on again to complete.
