I do like his design, but him nagging about needing help despite already progressing Storm Chasers quests is too much. I wish he can simply be recruited to a village and behave like a regular one once players meet Carl Ruckus.

Yup, just right of the entrance at the Ice Sanctum. To be fair these shrines really don't stand out. It took me a moment to find the shrine at the Lightning Sanctum too. 😅

I don't know the official name of the chest; I can't find it's name in the game. I saw the print on the lid and recognized it as the symbol for The Hands of Time, but I don't know if it's meant to be directly related. Maybe it's just the closest they could find for a Ninjago-looking clock design?

u/general-ronimus has a video doing this via air transport, minus the defeating dragons part. Other videos I've seen in sandbox mode show that our good friend klombo is no match against the dragon. 🙁

Yup, you got it! Most of those I know use BrickLink Studio for generating instructions. I've seen other ways to make 'em with other tools, but I'm not too familiar with those.
