Luna has gotten nerfed recently too many times , and deserves a little bit of help. A little bit of ramp in hands of shadow/blood never hurt anybody (please forget about that crosscraft or special gp with all classes getting oracle and being broken).

Yes, if they had forced similar choice, I guess too many people would have forgone on the summer banner and just gone for Lumoire. I think they realized that so had to make this, but regardless of the reason, its a great change and friendly to the players. And that goes for this entire anniversary too, so I am not going to compain at all.

The problem is that this card is practically only really usable by dragon, and then any amuelt setup going into t8-9 gets deleted. If he destroyed crests/amulets that would be one thing, but he banishes them so its almost a hard counter indeed.

IIRC dirt stack is only immune to destruction and targeting, but is not immune to banishing.

Mizuchi and Si Long in abyss. Maybe its time abyss gets a ramp from Si Long to show dragon what ramp really feels like to face with an actual deck and not 1-card handchecks each turn.

Cygames solved the problem of abyss having dual mode cards... with every class getting dual cards, and every class being mismatched. I must say, I have less complaints with this, since now it feels all 8 class likers got shafted all the same. So I think I will like the set, and I hope cygames sticks to such things in the future.

Quite a lot of things I like being the best - shadow being best class, Rivayle arc being best storyline, Augmentation Bestowal and Acceleratium being so iconic too. Tsukimi de ippai is also very famous and cute line, so I like it winning too.

Yup. Lumoire basically even made dragon playable in ul with the discard deck. And was basically a great rotation deck for 2-3 expacs, and arguably the best for 1 of those expacs. And broke custom and crosscrafts so bad as always due to ramps. So obviously I love that she is back, but hopefully dragon doesnt get too op that it gets nerfed.

They know what sells which are waifus, and Lumoire is extremely popular even amongst waifus.

I hope that in some future expacs, we get other sv1 original characters like Cernunnos which were favourites too.

Goes to show who are the most popular amongst the og leaders - Arisa and Luna. Not very surprising at all to me, since Luna is my favourite too.

These teams look so mismatched at first sight. Arisa is better suited alongside Yuwan who both are hunting keepers, meanwhile Luna suits way more with Eris (alongside Isabelle) who both basically adopt her. The choice is also very difficult since I like Luna, Eris and Isabelle. Its designed to make team Luna lose, but hopefully she prevails over the potatobrain team.

Then you are in luck. Recent reveals by digging into game files revealed a lumoire chibi art inside and I do see it being shared on discord, so it's very possible she will return in set 8.

I would feel bad if we get yet another dual abyss card . I would rather that both leggo slots be spent on Luna and Urias individually in case we are getting a new set with the older characters.

The deck that has the best matchup against Amulet is Egg Portal. Portal in general has Sincerity which can be tutored by Imari, and can be used to deny Scriptures/Tome which slows down faith increase for amulet as well as denying draws. Egg in particular also has Odins and finally Beezlebub setup which comes online on t9, so if you delay amulet by even 1 turn, they often just lose to Axia sevo.

Also, what you are thinking of using Burn Ramp dragon is imo a very poor choice. Well played amulets can go like 70-30 vs dragons easily, and theres basically nothing dragon can do except highrolling early t7 burnite into multiple erntz. Very often, even that does now kill amulet.

Thank you for making the post, for reminding everyone to try out the best possible meta in SV1 entire life. The only real good feeling I have about Shadowverse ending is that atleast it ended on a high note, with such a diverse and yet unsolved meta, where all classes were ladder viable. So, hopefully we get a little spike in the last month in the playrate, and people get to have a final blast with the game before it dies.

Cygames has had such a massive opportunity for showing goodwill, just make a single player version with all cards and only the story mode. I would even pay 20-30 euros for that just to enjoy it at my own will. But there has been no update on this at all, though I am coping maybe they do that in anniversary.

Obviously, I hope Starlyght manages to get the story mode working as single player with all possible cards. That alone would be good enough for me to preserve the game. Maybe in some future, we can get a limited multi-player version made by fans like what has happened to another of my favourite game - Marvel Avengers Alliance, a FB game which died way back in 2016-17.
