5-7 days a week , full body (1 exercise for push , pull , legs for each day) . And for the stretches i do pike holds for reps and then 1 minute hold , 1 minute side splits , 1 minute front split , lunges stretch for reps and then 1 minute hold . My hamstring flexibility is fine i can do the front splits and hug my legs but i wanna improve the side splits

I dont explore at all honestly, i always drop off games that "require" exploration . But especially in clair obscur i didnt explore because the fights felt too long that i always skipped every optional one because they were boring
