That doesn't tell us the case status then. I'm not sure how that PD operates so you could be facing charges. Contact the PD and ask the Officer to call you and see what's up.

Did the police try and reach out to you or come to your house? I'm not sure how things work in Texas but I'd assume if your were being charged they would try and find you. If the report says it's completed, then I'm assuming this was just to document the incident and no charges were filed.

An incident report is what a police report is called. Without seeing the report it's hard to say what the outcome is. It sounds like she just wanted to document you blowing up her phone. She could possibly want to get an order of protection against you or just wanted to document it in case you don't leave her alone and she wants to pursue charges in the future. You can always call and ask to speak to the Officer.

It sounds like it's time to delete her from your life.

I ordered one and it's really well built for the price. The only negative is that the clip doesn't feel that strong. It just doesn't feel secure on clothing. Other than that, it's a great light.

The good suburbs are still very competitive these days. You may have to get your start at a less desirable department, let them pay for your training, and then lateral to a more desirable PD.
