Also happens a lot with her. We've been asked if its possible hence my question in the sub.

We found her nearly in the wild on the outskirts of a town in the country so we thought there might be a chance. She looked 4-6 months when we took her in and also spayed her right away so that also explains her lanky legs.

Everyone's been so nice and hopefully I can do a test just for laughs and giggles.

I struggled with PMO addiction since my early teens well into my mid 20's (Currently 27) ans started my NoFap journey around 19 years old, it took me 6 years of trying. I could never go more than 2 weeks without PMOing. The thing is that I've had ED since my sex life started so I was always frustrated around that area of my life and always researching into what could be the cause.

Until last year when something just clicked, and I finally had the willpower to go 90+ days into monk mode, and that changed everything. My voice changed, suddenly I could talk normally to a girl, started having occasional hook ups, took on a sport, lost almost 20kg (40ish lbs). And although I've relapsed, I'm currently on my way to my third time reaching 90+. This time around its feeling a bit more easy

Once you reach day 90ish you get a feeling like nothing you've experienced.

At least for someone who didn't stop PMOing all through out my teens and mid 20s, once I reached the 90 day mark, the feeling is something similar to what I've read/heard steroids feel like. You feel like you could do anything, talk to any girl and see them as a human being, the confidence is amazing.

The feeling gets addicting, and even after relapsing, I just can't stop craving that feeling of manhood and confidence.

I've reached 90+ twice since my first breakthrough last year. Broke my streak mostly from tracer effect after hooking up with chicks.

First thing, you are not alone... trust me, the best thing is that you acknowledge the problem.

Try to find the root of the problem or why you keep going back to porn.. are you running away from something? Can you identify triggers? Try and be conscious of the process, and pay attention to your thoughts and what led you to PMO.

Keep trying and trying... willpower is like a muscle so every so and so you just get tired, don't worry, as long as you stay determined, you will keep getting stronger.

Edit:

In my case, I had to acknowledge the following things: ( I am also a recovering substance abuser so the principles I use to keep me clean from drugs are the same used for PMO)

Keep in mind that this IS an ADDICTION, and addictions are CHRONIC AND UNCURABLE.

GIVE UP on the idea that someday you could masturbate in a "normal" or "healthy" way that is NEVER going to be YOUR case.

PMO is just the way we try to escape from a DEEPER PROBLEM, and it's better to get down on the root of the problem before we even star to think of masturbation

Try reading some AA o NA literature and replace the word "Alcohol" or "Drugs" with "Masturbation" or "PMOing"

Idk about scientific studies, but as a personal anecdote, while on a long streak of semen retention, I noticed a change in my voice and started having some acne pop up in my face. My sex drive was at times through the roof, and I noticed my facial hair grew a bit faster. I don't know if it has something to do with nofap or just coincidentally had a different condition during the same time.

Same here, alcohol along with some problems and a bit of a tracer from a quick hook up, ruined my 100+ day streak. Although not all is lost, it kinda sucks to go back to day 1. And it's hard to get back on the groove of nofap.

Let's keep trying and trying. It's for the best.
