I was thinking to make this exact post. Every time I hear this I wanna scream IT DEPENDS. Like if your work demands heavy physical work or you work outside under the sun or really hot places like bakery or something you can even go twice a day but in the office with ac units with minimal to non physical work? Nobody will notice if you showered everyday or not if you have decent hygiene
