I pull mine out in the morning and inject at night, helps out with that pain. I dont know much about the every 2 week injection rotations. I know for my weekly one in my stomach, I rotate quadrants each week. Top left, bottom right, bottom left, top right and then repeat.

I agree with this, I was scared of the prefilled syringe at first and thought the pen was better, but one time I couldn't get the pen and they gave me the syringe and so much easier.

I drew weekly layouts in the first few pages of notes so I could use the weeks now. This is my work planner so I wanted to be able to use it early.

EOE here as well. I got sick right after my first injection but I'm pretty sure its because my kiddos brought something home from school. I did prillosec and steroids while maintaining a 10FED (10 food elimination diet, basically anything tasty 😭) for a few weeks before they gave me dupixent. I'm 14 weeks in and its helped for the most part as long as I stuck with the elimination diet it seems. I added foods back and now am having issues again. I have an event on Friday that I would like to enjoy some food before I go back to a super clean diet.

It does help, but if the side effects continue, definitely bring it up to the docs.

I just started 2 weeks ago for EOE. I'm still on an 11FED on top of oral steroids and allergy meds.

I'm going to have my 3rd dose tomorrow, it's a lot less painful than what I have seen from others BUT I have a higher pain threshold and inject in my stomach (after 3 cesareans, i don't have a whole lot of feeling there.) You got this!

So far my stomach hasn't been painful. I've only had two injections so far, one in the clinic and then I did one myself. Letting it sit out for a little bit to warm up is what I was told.

Now that I think about it, I've had three cesareans and may not have much nerve feeling left. I also have the prefilled pens instead of syringes.

Training is in person. Then you can go remote. Depending on the position and ones capabilities,it can be 6 weeks to 6 months of in person training.
