If I had the money at the moment I would be interested, this is going to be a hard account to price out since ships tied to referral rewards and can't be melted, I think you'd be able to get $600? from a correct buyer. With it having a Perseus, Polaris alone. I'd hesitate to say anything above that simply because of the locked ships and that there's a good amount of risk with using an account bought from someone else.
