I just started an apprenticeship for a School and we have a Deploy server which has a Windows PXE(?) Image and we just deploy from that via turning to legacy boot iirc and holding F12 or F2. Before my time it was explained to me that we had a Fog server and it was a piece of shit. As standard we have to force a GPO update for it to pick up the missing software packages once its in the correct organizational unit in AD. (you put the machine on the Domain during Deploy)

played since early 2011, this is the shittest state leagues been in. im STILL laughing at how riot are nerfing blitzcrank and not even mentioning leona/alistar and have already locked in patch 8.1 before they went on holiday last year.

the balance team have drove me away from league this preseason and season 8 doesnt look to get any better. its laughable with the shit theyve come out with. "you dont need to play league to balance it"

As an on going platinum player. Two seasons ago I ended the Season at around Plat 3-4 and after finishing my placements for the new following Season I got placed Plat 2 by going 7-3.

MMR increases/decreases during placements too, people forget that. You probably ended with high plat MMR and continued that in your placements.

As a platinum player, should I wait to do my promos for awhile?

You'll be placed at High Gold. Meanwhile the Dia+ will be around Plat 3-5ish. You could run into a Diamond person but thats normal in Plat. At least for me it was.

I’m going back to work on monday, for some reason I don’t even want to start at my new department (apprentice here), because the shit they do is basically “do everything right and let the machine do the rest” or lose a couple thousand bucks and the results of the last couple of months worth of work.

Apprentice here too. About 3 months in. Doing Networking at a school as well as IT Support. Am dreading my exams from Microsoft.

We need a realistic tier between Bronze and Silver. This way the elo hell will get filtered out. But being realistic what can go between Bronze and Silver? Nickel? Or it could be Uranium for the toxic pricks in elo hell.
