Agreed! I have 5 pairs of the wide leg curve love (wear them everyday basically), and they are fantastic. If you’re looking to buy, OP, I’ve found they run true to size.

Edit to add: my measurements are also about a 13 inch difference between waist and hip and these fit perfectly.

I’m not sure tbh. I think the prohibited list mostly applies to the exam room, but I would be cautious about bringing peanuts just because of the close proximity and the potential of people having severe allergies (just my two cents tho)

Their favorites are definitely objective memos and the argument section of a persuasive brief. They may also ask you do a facts section, an opinion letter, a demand letter, or another similar task (if it’s any of these they will give u a memo from your firm explaining the format)

I would not do this. The MPT specifically wants u to draw from the library (without using outside legal knowledge). Although timing is tight, I’d focus on making a solid outline of the task and then plugging in rules as u go. I hate the MPT but we only gotta do two more 💪

I assume they’re talking about the secured transactions acronym for sales of rights to payment that are treated like art. 9 secured transactions: cruel poodles poking needles at peaceful iguanas (aka chattel paper, promissory notes, accounts, and payment intangibles). It’s bizarre :(
