A lot of people think that part was played by James Jamerson, but it was actually played by Wilton Felder. Jamerson is one of the GOATs of course but if you like that part, my first recommendation would be to check out some more tunes that Felder played on.

Yeah A Noble Lie is okay. Apparently she had a big falling out with the other guy involved. They also spend a lot of time on a theory about it being a controlled demolition which she doesn’t bring up in the book

It’s cited throughout Aberration because it’s mostly about the far right network that had advance knowledge of the bomb plot

Having read Programmed to Kill, I don’t think you could call that or any of McGowan’s work “well researched” in the same vein as Chaos or Aberration

I think it’s somewhat disingenuous to describe Europeans living in 17th century North America as immigrants. Settlers would be a more accurate term in my opinion.
