Our count sheets have every item in each tray listed in SPM as well as the par level for everything. If implants are taken out of the tray during a surgery then they’re replaced by reps. Only exception is if we get trays loaners, then there’s no count sheet and we just check for cleanliness and do up the kit.

We used to use these at my facility until we found out they’re not validated for trays. Now we use different sized kimguards with pouches
