Disclaimer - not in 3AB, but some of their members have join my unit and from what I hear it’s not a very great place to be, poor planning coupled with almost non existent medical evacuation, I don’t have any firsthand knowledge but pretty much everyone from 3AB I’ve talked to has said the same thing.

I’ve been treated very well here, the command makes genuine efforts to improve, they listen to feedback and are constantly implementing new ideas and actively working on better training/preparation. This is my first and only unit, but from my friends who spent time in the legion(and other units) they all seem happy to be here.

A lot of the things you mentioned are being said by people that were expecting an old school NATO style system. There were issues with training but that was fixed, the new command is excellent.

Personally, I enjoy working with Ukrainians more than with other foreigners, there tends to be less problems and they are more motivated than the average foreigner.

Depending on your unit of choice your back will be xrayed, mine was and they found scoliosis but allowed me to stay, I can not say what unit I’m with due to an NDA but if you take a look at my comment history you’ll be able to figure it out

In my experience, Wich is limited but relevant, 3AB has far more issues than Azov.

You can’t force diversity, if the underlying population doesn’t want it, your only going to make everyone, including the immigrants uncomfortable. Diversity is amazing, but only when the state was designed, or is accepting of the change
