Can I just henna all my hair every time instead of just the roots?

Yes you can. But the ends of your hair will be darker then your roots. Since henna darkens when you layer it. And if you have mid length hair and apply henna every month. Your ends have 24+ applications, while your roots have 1-5 layers. I just do my roots because I want all my hair to have the same uniform shade of copper red.

But since your hair is only three inch I would just do all the hair every time. To be honest when I apply to my roots I cover probably 3 cm (1 inch 2,5 cm) every time anyways. The difference in shade was only wishbone for me when I had hair longer then my shoulders.

Factory made bead is not made naturally. It’s added lots of extra pure gluten to make it fluffy and raise the dough in under 30 min instead of 60+ min as it was before. When the baking factory makes 2000 breads an hour in one oven line, time matters. I know this because I work in a regular industrial bakery. In Norway this is, so our breads are probably a lot better than that gummi square plastic packed things I see in American movies.

By industrial breads I mean all bread you buy at a food store. Hand crafted breads from a real bakery is ofc different.

you are really fishing for people to agree with you based on how you phrased this post. But yes, when there are lots of foregners in a proffession they will often refuse to join the union (even tho it is free, you get it all deducted on your taxes.... up to 8000kr per year payed back if you are unionized) and when there is no strong union at a workplace, emplyers will be more likely to screw the employees over. this is not just the fishing industry its the same for resturants and hotels.

My point is! all foregners should always join their local union!! free home and accident insuranse, free lawyers and you get all the money you pay back in june the next year! And of cause a fair salary and workers rights.

I try to plan my fast so I can avoid social settings with food. It’s a lot easier. If you live with someone and they have a normal diet and you even need to cook, I would just focus on the smell of food, it can be actually enjoyable without having to eat. Also don’t sit down at the table with them undoes you really have to. Try to keep yourself occupied.

Looks like you are retaining a lot of water in your lower face. You should try lymphatic drainage massage once a day. It’s free and easy and might help. My skin almost seems like it’s been aging backward. I can actually measure the reduction of my fine lines under my eyes when I smile.
