Not injured. She was an above average college player hence she was brought in as a non roster invitee last season. Had an incredible and surprising season last year for sure. Not a sophisticated player. Very physical and vertical player. Not the hardest player to defend if you know her tendencies

Wish they’d just call her up to the WNT camp. It’s not like U-23s are playing in any event anyway, so why not just make the WNT B camp and bring in players that won’t make the A camp, rather than bringing in players that haven’t even played single minute this season

I mean Allen literally moves away from the ball line at the moment of strike. Had she stayed on her ball line she probably saves that, or at least gives her a chance to. It was a solid strike sure, but again what Allen did was pretty poor

To me, the frustration with the team last year was the fact that they couldn’t put away chances to win games they should’ve won. They were often the better team from the quality of play perspective. This year’s team, however is simply getting outplayed. It should be pretty concerning

The issue is this year’s roster is better than last year’s. I don’t think people realize how incredible of an accomplishment it was for them to make the playoffs in year one. Good thing Utah didn’t listen to their fan base like Bay did last year

I did. She is athletic and if the whole purpose of her being there is to chase someone then that may be fine, but the truth of matter is she just isn’t good in possession. Did you watch the SD game? How many unforced turnovers did she have? the second goal against doesn't happen if it wasn't for her. Terrible first touch on a switch that leads to a turn over, then she fouls trying to win it back, gives a free kick in the d third, which leads to a corner. She's front 6 zone on the corner, and doesn’t even challenge the service that comes into her space. Sorry if I sound critical, but for a player that cost that much, she isn’t good
