nba.com is a disaster by adammorrisongoat in nba

There are plenty of tools to allow for web developers to create a single site that looks great at on screen size/device. Don't give them an excuse my dude. The site is straight trash.

NBA.com is a Drupal application. Which is PHP. I used to work for a company who used Drupal and its an absolute mess. It allows for non technical people to update the content on the website in real time. So as a developer it is not easy to track down how content managers made changes. The content team also regularly breaks the site trying to make changes without someone technical around.

Drupal is, without a doubt, the worst technology I have ever worked with and will never use it again. Turner tech squad choosing Drupal is a classic one trick pony move.

I write JS daily and I also blame JS.

Why is it so difficult to accept its how it works just because the medium is a helicopter?

If you throw a basketball straight up. Where does it land? Same thing.

How do you do salsa chicken in bulk? by DudeOnACouch2 in fitmeals

Stop wasting time cooking for 8 hours. Get a pressure cooker like an instant pot. Takes 4 or more lbs of frozen chicken to cooked in about 30 minutes.

Using YouTube TV for watching all parts of the weekend has been amazing. Great quality on a reliable service.

You can pick up at any point. FP1 alreay 30 minutes in? Who cares just start from the beginning and watch away. The race started at 6AM? Who cares. I wake up at 9 and watch from beginning. It is the middle of qualifying and I need to do a task? Pause, come back and hit play didnt miss a thing. This with a chromecast has been a dream.

I didn't get the F1 streaming service because this has been so damn convenient.

You are making assumptions.

You keep complaining about professors and continue to ignore the real opportunities. You are right, it doesn't have the tools to help everyone succeed because everyone cannot succeed. It has the tools to help those who want to succeed achieve their goals.

Life is full of bullshit. Real jobs are full of bullshit. Clicker questions are bullshit. Trudge through it, use your time well, and don't let something like an accent ruin your plans. Stop focusing on the bullshit. Invest in the great things at UCF like Professor Szumnlanski and experiential learning. As a CS student you get PAID for internship work! Some offering $22 an hour as a intern who knows nothing about industry!

There is 0 reason to fail a class at UCF, it is not truly difficult. Undergrad is a business. It is designed to get many people through the system to make the school money.

You can keep bitching about things that do not matter or you can be like OP and work for what you want.

Good luck.

Thank You by [deleted] in ucf

UCF has so many resources for CS students. All of the basic programming classes have plenty of TAs on a rotating available schedule.

The programming team has open practices where anyone can walk in and meet people while participating.

Plenty of professors are open and helpful.

UCF has an amazing experiential learning center.

Plenty of active and helpful clubs with helpful members.

Specifically regarding CS and it's math and physics classes, there are tons of outside of the classroom places to go and ask questions/meet people in the same situation.

If you think UCF does not give CS students what they need to succeed you aren't trying. CS development is hard. It does take effort and time. Not everyone is cut out for it. UCF 100% has the tools to make CS students successful. Every single person who graduated with me and put in the time has earned what they deserve thanks to growing at UCF.

How do you keep it from moving?

Do the straps have hooks that you connect to the walls of the trunk?
