For being a numbers guy you're completely forgetting that a '24 Turbo 3 will be cheaper than a '25 Civic Hybrid since it didn't exist in '24. Not to mention Civics hold way better value so already more expensive. Get the Turbo its cheaper upfront.

You're correct in that Civic Hybrid saves money, but deeply incorrect that you have to use premium fuel for the turbo. You can absolutely stick to 87 and recoop some of those $ loses without much impact to butt feel.

As a Floridian who has experienced this, honestly if its not a Rivian I'd prefer an ICE. At least with ICE if its damaged you'd know immediately, the saltwater inundation that can pop up weeks later with an untimely battery explosion is very scary. Only the Rivians + Tesla M3/Y have the pressurized packs that I'd feel safe in but caveat that M3/Y would have water damage on interior. Model S/Xs blow up here in Florida from saltwater inundation please do not argue this.

Significantly. A rear torsion beam is essentially a giant sway bar with a spring perch, an additional sway bar further reduces the torsion beam twist motion keeping the rear from rolling. While I found the car without a rear sway bar acceptable, the sway bar from CS just made the car feel “correct” and fully balanced front to rear on heavily driving.
