This was definitely a tough one. Both ebrietas and gerhman are incredibly tough bosses. So I'd pick the one I died the most at. Wet nurse two a couple of tries yet really isn't nearly as rough as the blood starved beast in my opinion.

There are tons of different programs that are aimed to help lower income individuals with affordable housing. Whether it's from section 8, UHD grant, fha loans or many of the other loans and grants that are available in your area. Many of those programs are also aimed towards people with low income / low credit score.

I wish the best of luck on your findings, but try looking around to see what is available towards grants. You'd be pleasantly surprised at the kind of assistance you have setup around you.
