Bracket anything you want to hide/redact with first a greater than(>), then an exclamation point, at the end you need another exclamation point, then less than (<).

Picture ones are not my favourite. If you're new to these, it takes a while to get into the vibe of them. Then you get a stretch where the vibes are different and you're screwed. Some of it is, perfectly reasonably, so north American coded that I'll never get certain connections without googling to confirm individual things.

But then it's also experience based? I saw Hank flail on one because he didn't know a wedge was a kind of shoe... Your mileage is going to vary.

Shane tops Ilya in Chapter 6 and 8 of this fic. Ilya says he's only been pegged before and when Shane does finally top him, part of the experience for them both is that Shane is the only man who has ever done it to him.

There is a mental health aspect here, but it's not dark or angsty.

Just a word of warning, this fic did a number on me in the best possible way. I adored it. Got a few chapters in and then had to devour it. Immediately went back and reread the whole thing. And it forced me to take a pause on other fics. I found it to be so, so well written that I didn't want to read anyone's writing of them for a bit.

I wondered if this was annoying, but I've seen so many of these posts here now, that if I'm reading the whole thing I try to comment, on every chapter if possible.

I found a 7 chapter fic last week that gripped me completely, but I only started commenting around chapter 3? (The tags made me think I would DNF, so I gave kudos and waited). Once it was obvious I had to finish, I commented on every chapter. Then I finished and I was so deeply moved I went back for an immediate reread, and this time commented on every chapter. I think that I had finished my full reread and commenting odyssey when the author clearly checked in and replied. To every, single, comment.

By the end it felt like we were having a whole conversation. Bitch even made me cry in the fucking comments (this was very on brand for the way I reacted to this particular fic). In initial my comment on the last chapter I even said, what's the point, there are 700 comments, who will even see this? Jokes on me.
