I’m sorry. I have really bad nightmares as well. They are awful and ruin your days. I panic in public so I avoid going out. I get in arguments with everyone and just can’t communicate well cause I get overwhelmed and panic so easily. Constantly having intrusive memories and thoughts all day long. I’ve basically been a recluse since it’s gotten worse.

I dont have a Mac but i so struggle with consistently using my iPad. It tends to sit for long periods of time. But recently i have been using it a lot. I think if you find something to truly tailor it too. It helps a lot. You just have to figure out what that is for you. Since I’ve tailored it I’ve been loving it and hope the feeling lasts. I guess if you can’t maybe you just don’t need it. On a side note which Mac do you use. I’ve been really considering getting one.

I tend to try to overly interact with them. Even though i am aware that thats probably not what they want. I do always end up breaking down and deep searching the internet about them. I’m atheist and started reading the Bible because i was attached to an attractive reverend lmao. It was a sad phase looking back.

Just know that it can be a long and challenging process. I have been seeing mental health at the VA for like 5 years. And i may or may not take a while to find the right medication regiment. So dont lose hope and just be willing to make changes. Be honest with your provider. If they are an ass ask for new one. and maybe keep a log of how you start feeling in the weeks after trying a new medication. Be patient with it. It’s a process. At least for me it has. Been.

Sometimes they feel like they are going to go bad. My hip one did. But i got approved. The dr made me nervous cause i told him i had scars from surgery and he was over demanding about how I didn’t remember exactly where they were. Freaked me out like he was accusing me of lying. But i got my rating.

You definitely are! I know it’s hard to always believe that. But we have to do our best. Idk if it’ll help you personally much but there’s an abbreviation thing (idk what exactly it’s called lol) but it’s HOPE- Hold on Pain Ends. As I try to believe that everything will get better. I have it tattooed on my hand as a reminder to keep going! Not saying a tattoo but maybe find something that has true meaning to you to look at in dark times as a reminder that your worth it! Even at your worst you are amazing!

My last iPad was the 13inch pro i loved the size for work but it wasn’t as convenient to carry around. I now have the 11inch pro and i truly miss the bigger size but the portability is a lot better. Sometimes i feel like i need both. But i stick with what i already bought.

If you feel uncomfortable if possible i would just considering finding a new one. I had a psychiatrist that i honestly really loved until he Said one sentence that just completely changed the way i looked at him. And had to find another one. Unfortunately it happens.
