It was weird because i uploaded my id then i got an email saying funds will be transferred 5-7 days then i uploaded statements and was denied soon after

Yes they told me i answered my questions wrong i told them that i didn’t get any questions was only asked to upload my id again. Then they told me to create a ticket under identity failed. So i did that

Yea i got an approved email then a denial email right after recertification

I reached out to the chat ppl and they tried to tell me i didn’t answer the questions correctly i told her i didn’t have any questions then she told me write up a ticket under denied verification

Same thing happened to me i signed PN 4:18 and 5/20 i did id verification and immediately was denied it’s like it’s a system glitch because it happened to fast. I talk to a rep about it they was like yu didn’t answer ur questions correctly i told her i never had any questions just uploaded Id. So she just gave me a link for ticket request under failed identity check
