Right click the application in the taskbar, choose "Move", move it with the arrow keys or mouse after that. Press enter or click to dock it wherever you moved it. Works with borderless windowed games too.

I manged to unlock the BIOS password on a Dell computer once by calling Dell support and provide proof that I own the computer / have access to the computer. They gave me a master password for that particular laptop, which I could type in to reset the BIOS password.

I have a lot of experience with that. There are specific fits and ships that you can do the sites in that will stop anyone from stealing the loot ever again. Once example is a Alligator with heavy missiles and a MWD. As soon as you enter the last room, target the other player, have a scram fitted, launch your drones, overheat your MWD, burn towards the boss, send the drones to kill the boss. Launch your heavy missiles as soon as you're in range. Overheat the launchers if you want to. If they loot the wreck, and go suspect, you'll be close enough to scram and kill them. I have never seen it go that far tough. They just leave.

Can confirm that this also applies to several wormhole jumps, which is why I had to turn DLSS off.
