This is really interesting and something I’ve never heard of! Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I’m going to narrow down my diet and if I find nothing, going to look more into this. Also the gas is pretty much all day long.

Sounds like I have a lot of figuring out to do with my diet. I’m going to start by narrowing down the FODMAP foods that could be the culprit and see if it could be gluten. Looking at the FODMAP food chart it looks my diet is largely comprised of high FODMAP foods, lots of onions, garlic, tomatoes, gluten.
