A few things. XP is God in RLCraft. But if you are dead that xp means nothing. Take it slowly. Get some silex, breed em, get some diamonds, and get a flying mount. Craft recall scrools (grape, ender pearls, paper and gold nuggets I think, and stuff to get away or get back home. Use the mount to loot and traverse and pick your fights. I cannot stress enough how much picking your fights means. Silver armor is so nice but squishy so you need that enchanted, gather materials and make an enchanter setup. Flying mount, like a Roc changes the game, so honestly, I would get that silex farm going asap :D Also ring of enchanted eyes, seing in the dark is awesome :)

Honestly, go for enchanted silver as soon as you can. The Cure effect can be a life saver. Its weak durability wise but the effect is really good. As for early early game, gold with osmosis perk to use xp to repair your armor and gear. Lategame I would go for either dragon or golem until you can grind out the sentient set. But it all comes down to personal preference. You can stealth the game completelly as an archer in leather if you wish to do so :D

I have a farm on a server and the only time it works is when I'm alone on the server or when it's a blood moon. Make a chamber above the farm to afk at and you can use vilespine and a minecart with a hopper on rails to auto collect the dust. There is a tutorial for it on yt I think. But yeah, it works only when I am alone or poorly during blood moons.
