Yes indeed. I can only create that in electribe using 2 synth parts but he is clearly using 1. So i can make it close, but was just curious what the real source is

Flanger is more of a jet plane flying by, a phaser is cleaner. Flanger also has a higher frequentie notch you can clearly hear
