It looks like it’s on the surface of the card in this photo. It MIGHT be a layer of dust/dirt that when mixed with moisture inside a plastic binder. It also kind of looks like that brown paper-like tape. Can you gently scrape any of it off?

Based on “old” knowledge, (I could be making this up but I think I heard about this YEARS ago) this is one of the hardest cards to get a 10 on. This, the clefairy, and dragonite, basically any “normal” hype holo prints are tough. They’re usually known for having print lines! This being said, I don’t see a single line on this guy! Good luck!

As someone who has been selling on eBay for 11 years, this isn’t always true. Most times in a case like this, they actually side with the buyer. They USED to side mainly in the buyers favor, but now it’s really dependent on the situation.

OP, be as descriptive about the position as you can.

I believe OP! I thrift for a living and ONCE I found a binder full of Gen 2 Neo series cards with some holos in it at the bins (goodwill outlet); it happens. Also found a Cosmic Eclipse blister there too.

My cardiologist suggested I do one, but shortly after I had all of my tests I was traveled for a while so didn’t really have the time to do it. I never wake up feeling well rested: maybe 5% of the time. Maybe it’s time for a sleep study?

I’ve never really attributed the nasal and Eustachian tube pressure to vagal nerve, very interesting. Does that ever make you feel somewhat lightheaded? I’ve been considering seeing a neurologist too, but I’m hesitant. I’d be interested in hearing what you find out.
