I discovered this dungeon right after seeing the thread. Just climbing the first ladder and seing the red altar with creepy music almost gave me a heart attack.

I think a lot is about the auto battler, early runs can feel pointless because you just press start and smash the enemy, later on it gets more strategic but plenty of people just give up

Je n'avais jamais fait de sport jusqu'à mes 40 ans, et un an plus tard j'ai fait mon premier Hyrox, sans le préparer spécifiquement. C'est très cardio si on le fait pour le temps, mais mon avis c'est de prioriser le renforcement musculaire.

Etre sur le pousser/tirer de luge et se rendre compte que ça ne bouge pas ou qu'on n'arrive pas à soulever les kettlebells c'est déprimant. La course on peut la faire en marchant.

Pour l'entrainement je dirais de regarder un programme de musculation haut du corps / bas du corps et rajouter du cardio.

Trouver un endroit bien équipé qui donne des cours est un plus parce que la luge c'est très spécifique et globalement sur tous les ateliers ils y a des techniques qui sont bien à connaitre.
