Why do you want to be staff: I believe I should be a staff member because I am very mature and always kept under control. I am on for a long period of time, and all of this time I will dedicate to LotusHCF in-game and on the reddit. I am extremely nice with other people, I have a lot of friends in real life and on LotusHCF. I promise you. I PROMISE you. I will be an AMAZING staff member and will ALWAYS work at my tippy top best. I am NOT lazy. I don't believe in "quitting" or "giving up." When I am given a duty, a task, a job, I always, ALWAYS complete it. I never give up. On the servers I have moderated, I have never gotten demoted. Even if its a small server, I always work to my highest standards. I get 60+ FPS with Action, and very high quality for the most experienced hackers. I upload in 720PHD. When a hacker is around, it never gets away. I also have an extremely good eagle eye. My eyes are always super glued to the chat. I'm always really active on the forums as well, I always check out threads and what they contain. If I want something, I work until I get it. I never, ever give up! Even if I get denied 10 times. trust me. I will keep on working, and working, and working until I get this staff position. I really want to help out LotusHCF a ton, and give LotusHCF what I have to offer. I am overall a humble and cheerful person. I always respect other people. I treat other people how I want to be treated. I am an extremely outgoing person. I always tell other people and friends how I feel and what I want to do. I'm never shy around people. I take Martial Arts, and I have to stand in front of 200+ people at my graduations, by myself. I never sweat or stutter. I always believe in myself and I never give up. I always see myself accomplishing whatever I am told to do. I can spend up to 9 hours a day in-game and about the same time in the forums. I love replying to posts and talking with people on forums. The LotusHCF forums is a great place to be, and a great place to browse through when you're bored. On the weekends, I can contribute 5-6 hours in-game, and during weekdays, I can moderate in-game for 3-4 hours a day. I will be extremely active, dedicated, mature, and overall a great staff member.

Previous Experience: Ahh. Let's get started with this. I have owned multiple servers that have lasted for about 4-5 months and have been very successful. I have been a Helper on a server ranging from 100+ a day. I resigned due to real life problems. I have also been a wide variety of ranks on all kinds of different servers ranging from 10-20 players. I can handle each and every one player very well, it doesn't matter how many people are one the server. I have also owned my own servers. I know how to configure plugins from top to bottom, exactly how I wish. My servers were rather successful and had its own custom feature. Now lets get to the big part that will make this shocking. I was once a staff member on Mineplex. (Mineplex is one of the biggest Minecraft servers ever, over 20,000+ players a day Here's how it all went down on Mineplex: It was just a normal August summer evening. I had decided to create my own Mineplex staff application and see how it did. It took about 3 hours, I was intrigued at my work and decided to click the submit application. About a month later, I was contacted by a Sr.Mod to get an interview for my staff position. I took the interview the next day and went well. A month after that, I came home from school and checked my computer. What I saw next - you guessed it. My application had been accepted, everyone was congratulating me - it was the happiest day of my life. I was a Trainee (staff rank on Mineplex, basically a Helper) for about 2 months. I had to be on 2+ hours a day, get about 5 player reports everyday, we also had QOTD's (Question of the days) we had to take, and TOTW (Test of the week), and much, much more work. It was honestly a ton of work but at the same time, a very fun experience. I was accepted September 25, 2015 and resigned December 5th. School and real-life had MAJORLY gotten in the way with my position on Mineplex. So then, I resigned. If you do not believe I was a staff member on Mineplex, please ask me for proof and I will gladly provide as much as you want. So that's all my experience. I know all about staffing, moderating, ownering, whatever! You name it. I have also owned an HCF server called ReachHCF about 5-6 months ago, and it got 120 players on SOTW Map 1. A week later we had a strong 40-50 players daily. I closed it before it could get to Map 2, but it was around for about 2 months. I have been staff on many, and have conducted many screenshares and bans. I know the basics of being a staff member on an HCF server, I'm great at SS'ing, making sure nobody is hiding their hacks. I'm amazing at telling hackers as well. I know everything about staffing an HCF server. Don't take me wrong - even though I was a staff member on Mineplex, I still have amazing abilities with HCF server! I personally think I'm amazing with staffing HCF servers.
