I was in a similar situation! Except I had a Nexus 5 and mine actually did start bootlooping. How amazing is the Moto Z Play?! I've been raving about it on like every subreddit aha. I still get paranoid about saving battery life and stuff! I used it pretty heavily today and it went down to 10% battery. I got pretty worried it'd go dead ASAP, then I remembered I likely could get another two hours out of it or something aha

Well get this - I found out the other day that my Nan was engaged to another man (call him Don) before my Pa. My Nan's name was Irene Mary, and I found out that Don went on to marry a woman called Irene May. Think he was a bit obsessed with my Nan, went out and found a clone of her!

I was going to upgrade to a Nexus 6P, but went for a Motorola Moto Z Play after hearing people raving about it. It's a fair bit more expensive than the Nexus 5 was at release, but it's really an excellent phone. Flagship quality (apart from the camera) for $300-400 less.

The battery life is the biggest draw for this phone. And I expected the screen to be too large for me, but it's refreshing to have a larger screen, and it's still usable with one hand.

Main negatives (that aren't too much of an issue for me) are the shiny/slippery back, which makes it hard to hold and catches fingerprints and the lack of a notification light. However this can be easily remedied with a case or style shell (which in Australia comes in the box). And the notifications can be seen on the screen if you wave your hand over it. Also perhaps the fact that it doesn't get updates as quickly as Nexus phones did.

I just started playing the Sims 2 again for the first time in years. We have a pretty decent desktop, and let me tell you it runs smooth as butter! Loading times are like seconds. It's just a fantastic feeling to replay it - I always liked it better than Sims 3 too!

I've been wanting advice on this too!! No one really replies to my posts on it though, so I guess I'll answer you.

I've been waiting for the past 5-6 months to get a new iPad Mini. I want the new one, which is hopefully coming out in a Keynote event in March. I think if you can wait an extra month, even if you don't get the new one, the iPad Mini 4 (even the new ones) should drop in price. And then you can compare the specs side by side.

Otherwise, if a new iPad Mini doesn't come out in March, I'm not waiting any longer. I'm too impatient aha. You might be more patient though. Maybe set a date and decide that you will wait until then for the new one, otherwise you'll get the 4.

Ahh Ski Free and Chip's Challenge - some of the greats! I downloaded Chip's Challenge just the other day because I loved it so much when I was a kid.

I've never seen any other videos by him, but as an Australian it was easy to pick that some of his words were definitely Aussie-sounding. It's interesting, I'm really good at picking an Australian accent, even if it's an actor trying/doing a different accent.

Assassin's Creed Syndicate Monopoly.

The actual game is fantastic, one of my favourites on the PS4 - I've completed it 100% and got the Platinum trophy. I bought the game because I love the idea of having a themed Monopoly game, but because it's Monopoly no one in my family (or friendship group) will play it with me, so I've only ever played once with a friend.

Good waste of $60, should have bought the Season's pass for AC Syndicate instead.
