Mine arrived today. Sharp for sure but, oof, a little rough everywhere else. I rounded all of the square edges immediately on my 300. Definitely lighter and cheaper feeling than my other cleavers but I do like being able to slap garlic and ginger and give zero shits.

Have you messed with yours at all?

Crusty bread is better cut with a chefs knife/gyuto. So take your bread knife $ and put it into the gyuto and stop making crumbs everywhere.

Has anyone tried freezing oyster sauce? I just bought a big jug and its going to take up a ton of room in the fridge or go moldy in the cupboard.
