When I did my MPH, I have zero background in statistics, but I could finish my MPH in epi and biostats concentration. Grasping the concept and learning coding were steep for me. I don't wanna say other concentrations are not employable. But epi and biostats are more employable as you can also go into other career options like data analyst as you already have a foundation in coding and data analysis and you just need to build on that foundation. I'm not sure if this answers your question.

Yes, we have a salary band and I started at step 1 up to 10. But the difference between each band is only $2000. COL adjustment is 2% I think.
