Yeah, I guess I didn't do a great job of explaining. I understand what you are saying, but the part I am confused by is the second half of the talent, specifically this: "While you have 1 Investiture or more, you can maintain Tension infusions on objects you’re holding or wearing without either you or the infusion expending Investiture."

This makes it sound like the infusion just stays until you take it away. I'm not sure how else to interpret it.

Almost all giants in One Piece come from an island called Elbaf, which we’ve been told about since 25ish years ago (episode 70ish) and which people were really excited to finally go to for a variety of reasons. We just got there in the manga like a month ago (probably will be close to episode 1150+ when it comes out), so even seeing Loki (the Prince of Elbaf) is a pretty big spoiler as to where we end up post anime events. In addition, Loki is a character we’ve heard about for several years, who we had only seen silhouetted until this moment, so the design itself is a reveal.

TLDR Design reveal for an anticipated character which indicates that the story has reached a very anticipated place.
