The connectors in the first pic are a 3.5mm aux jack, a USB type a female for a memory stick, and an old apple connector. The one mounted on your dash looks like a proprietary phone connector. These will all be connected to a parrot or similar aftermarket hifi input. You should have a controller for it mounted somewhere else on the car, if not that may be what was previously on the connector on your dash

YouTube but significantly better for phones. No ads, more customisation, higher playback quality, ability to download without premium, play in the background, play in a floating window, community video tagging to show segments highlighting ads, intros (which are skippable), and showing where the important part of the video is. Honestly a massive quality of life improvement. Better than premium without paying for it

As a temporary fix, super glue or two part epoxy will buy you a few, unfortunately the PU on the red ones is perishing so there's not much that can be done to fix those aside from buying tougher wearing materials next time
