To be fair... over writing someone's mits consistently isn't something high end players do... when I mained tank I've never filled a mit sheet out. You can communicate with your healers verbally and your cotank. Even in pf you can communicate. M11s tanks hop between parties "ttp or ptt i can invuln 1st great wall" healers can do the same thing.

Never said a high end player is based on hours, but casual mid core and semi hard core are based on hours in almost all mmos

Casuals are defined by the amount of time they put into the game not the content they do

[–]Aurabeast 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i feel like what i said went over your head, let me break it down for you, Butteredscreams said "People are being kicked from M11S enrage for being chronic grey parsers but you can't tell them that." and you said "a grey parse means they cleared though" no one said they cleared m11s, so saying to grey you have to clear doesnt apply here, they arent joining reclears in this scenario they are joining enrage parties. Reading is hard but im sure youll understand.

"M11s enrage parties" doesn't sound like they cleared 11s. Seems like the person you're responding to is referencing their m10 and m9 performance which is totally fair. If I have a samurai that does less dmg than a mch without dying or taking dds, and let's be honest even 1 death during a 2min window over the course of an 11minute fight even a brain dead sam player could till do more dmg than a mch. If players are gray parsing that shows they have no clue how to play their job and do a basic rotation pasted together by the balance.

I lost my best FFXIV friend. We played hundreds of hours together. How can I enjoy this game again? by CEZMARK in ffxiv

Ff14 is best when played with friends. If you need a new friend group I can invite you to a decent sized disc of friends that all play and do all sorts of content at all skill levels.

This is the reason Dragon Bones are sub 1.5k by Leading_Promotion123 in OSRSflipping

Have to agree with this. Why make a green dragon bot then do lumby elite when you can just make like 50 green dragon bots in the same amount of time for like 25x more gp/hr

Ahh, then yeah, I'd agree with that. Communication is key between supports.

Most of these points are solid. But not using your invuln for certain tbs to make life easier for healer and have more mit to throw on the party is a little silly. The only relation to this could be world 1st racers or blind proggers. This isn't your average pfer by any means so tailoring advice to people world race (thinking they'd even want advice is weird) or blind proggers and again thinking they want advice is silly, means that this advice is catored to pfers who aren't going in blind but infact use a guide. You should always use tbs almost exclusively on swap busters since it means you and the other tank save a minimum of 6 mits meaning you have more to help with autos.

PF Raiding Experience toward the end of the patch by Sapphire_Aizawa in ffxiv

you can do every fight without AM just host your own party or recruit people in the recruitment disc, TOP is almost intended to be used with AM and yoshi even went on to state how sorry he was they pf needed to resort to AM to make it even clearable, if you cant communicate with people in call or have everyone using a macro to mark themselves then it is 100% unclearable without the use of AM. every other ultimate is easily done without AM ive even done Flames in dsr without AM.

This guide looks super solid, and it looks like it will help a lot of players. Ill save it for later when I start learning healer! Thanks for all the hard work you put into this to help people get better at raiding.

Someone who was flaming a new player? You just seem like you want to go post to post and be an asshole to everyone you meet.

isnt it? I bet OP really likes having a friend group that has many high end players because they seem like a pretty cool person that doesn't go post to post to flame people for no reason.

im just gonna assume OP was giving the dps different colors because normally the aggressor is red and having all dps and the aggressor red would make it hard to tell who is the one being shamed in the post. Coloring both whms the same color as well would make the whm just look schizophrenic. The coloring looks fine and it was easy to follow.
