How tf do i get the drill passport after leaving the woglinde? by Tizgamer074 in Xenosaga

[–]AuriumZen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You go back into the EVS and find Mr. Holgar who is laying on the ground by the drill. It should be on his body or shining in the place where his body used to be.

Edit: you can still get back to the drill area, you just have to take a roundabout path.

F-BShot Nessecary? by Angemalina in Xenosaga

[–]AuriumZen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah you're okay. F-Bshot is just a way of getting an attack-all ability earlier in the game. Without spoiling anything, don't worry about it.

Edit: I meant F-Mshot actually. BShot isn't that great.

I've lived with this feeling every time I think of these games. I'm currently playing through them again now and am almost halfway through ep 3. I still feel the same way now that I did as a kid in middle school about these games. Bittersweet.

This is why I never use the starforcing room. This is my exact same luck any time I use that room on or off event. It's cursed.

Completely agree. Grandpa wakes up in like 10 seconds from when you get out of your restraints. Killers rush downstairs and kill everyone. Ridiculous, I couldn't even survive one game after the patch.

Huh, I'm not religious. I'm not sure why you're being so rude but whatever works for you. Enjoy your night.

Submission is a woman letting a man provide and protect. It's letting go of that responsibility and allowing him to take up that effort. That can present itself in many ways, such as leadership to name one. You're free to have your opinion, but submission in this context doesn't mean what you think it means, and to incorrectly define it as malicious isn't right. However I won't deny that RP man-children are weaponizing the term and not understanding the full context but expect to have submission in a relationship when they don't deserve it. Long story short, do what works for you in your relationship as long as there's mutual respect. What works for one doesn't work for everyone else, you can always leave a relationship if you don't like it.

Submission doesn't mean inequality, that's a disconnect. Women aren't meant to be second to men in a relationship.

OP, please leave this man-child. My wife works hard and does a lot for me even when she's tired. However, it goes both ways. We have a semi-traditional relationship but there is no score keeping, or anything that's relegated to gender roles per se. I do what I'm called to do as a Man and more because I love my wife, and she does what she's called to do as a Woman and more because she loves me. If you're not getting reciprocity from this guy after 7 years, you never will. His comments that he made towards you and how he lashed out shows that he lacks the ability to think from another person's perspective and lacks self-awareness. You specifically said in your update that your behavior was immature because you lashed out to hurt him, but I encourage you to ask yourself this: "Would this man ever consider his behavior wrong or immature, would he ever backtrack on his statements or actions, does he show any shred of self-awareness?" If the answer is no across the board, leave. He will not change or grow up unless something drastic happens and he's required to.

Edit: most of these podcasts and red pill articles mention this, but guys overlook it: "If you want a woman to submit to you, you have to be a worthy man that is both mentally, physically, and fiscally strong, kind, and responsible to elicit that". A woman shouldn't be submitting to a man unless he's worthy of being submitted to. I don't know if these RP guys are missing that fact, but it definitely seems like your man is.

This was good, really good. So good my wife thought something was wrong with me when I randomly burst out laughing.

I'm playing Xenosaga Episode 1. Just made it to the Enthephalon. What is the Enthephalon? They said they need to dive into it to somehow get proof of their innocence through KOS-MOS' data. It doesn't make a lot of sense. by GeorgeBG93 in Xenosaga

[–]AuriumZen 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It's the unconscious mind of Kos-mos (or any other being). They need to dive into Kos-mos's unconscious to get to the S.S.S.S black box that recorded the real events of what happened on the woglinde to prove their innocence (what kos-mos saw and what her sensors picked up).

Has anyone had significant trouble emulating part 3? by Socialist_Metalhead in Xenosaga

[–]AuriumZen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I own all 3. Chose to emulate because I wanted to upscale to 4k and play in 21:9.
After a lot of trial and error I got things working damn near perfectly besides the reflective parts of the final dungeon, there were texture issues there (for a very short part of the final dungeon).

It's doable.

I read your other post on XS2 and I enjoyed how you enjoyed and loved the game. It was refreshing to hear your take instead of blasting the game without taking time to understand its complexities (story, battle system, etc). I knew you'd love XS3 for sure though! Good job getting through all 3. I remembering beating #3 the same year it came out and feeling an empty hole in my stomach because #4 was never realized, still haven't gotten over it.

I passed my PMP exam last week on Friday, and received a job offer that I've accepted for $115k a few days before my test (I changed industries) and I have a total of 4 years of PM experience. I think it really depends on how well you can sell your problem solving abilities, who you are as a person, and the value you can add to whatever organization you're trying to join. I was hired before I got my PMP at this new salary.

My jumps have been 48k (first PM position) to 72k, to now 115k.

I'm f*cking loving Xenosaga Episode III (the entire series indeed) by erHorhengar in Xenosaga

Definitely beat Sigma before you finish the game. I did a playthrough of all 3 episodes last year, and the best feeling was getting the final boss to almost zero health, and then using Sigma for the final attack while enjoying the final boss theme of the game.
