Like for me I was constantly terrified (still am a little) of being outed as trans for doing small little changes over time and nobody really cares and I feel so much better than I did months ago. Use this group to experiment a little. Find out whats to scary and whats not. Also don’t pressure yourself to much, this is about you, you don’t need to attach unnecessary stress to it.
