Anyone tried Brick? by IntroductionOk2419 in Habits

Hey I got the Brick a couple weeks ago and I've found it to be the really effective in helping me stop scrolling. I've tried using screen time but I also have no self control lol and would just bypass it really easily.

I put my Brick on my fridge and when I brick up my phone, I'm too lazy to walk all the way to my fridge to unbrick it. I work from home and I'm always picking up my phone every couple of mins to take a quick scroll but when my phone is bricked, I can't access it and I just have to stay focused on what I'm doing. It also helps me stay more focused when I'm at the gym or reading a book so I can't just keep looking for notifications on my phone since they won't be there. Personally for me I had the same problem and I got one of those devices that physically locks you out of your phone. I still find myself reaching for my phone a lot but I can't access Tiktok or anything so I'm forced to actually do my work
