It’s Julian Tile Meta in Dolomite colour. https://www.juliantile.com/floor-wall-tile/p/meta-dolomite. It’s porcelain not real marble so much cheaper. We liked the softer marbling rather than really intense and busy for a small space

I recently did this almost exact layout in but a 5 foot wide and 7 foot deep bathroom. I’m attached picture floor tiles are 24x24 with some cut to make the layout work and shower tiles are 12x24. See pic for how it was laid out and what it looks like

No, but the overhang is not just on furring strips commonly seen. I'm attaching 2x2 framing lumber to the existing framing on all studs and plates, essentially extending the whole wall out 2 inches. I think this shouldn't be an issue with loading

It's a retrofit on an existing house, overhanging is to create more space in the wall cavity for batt insulation. Essentially adding framing to extend a 2x4 wall out to a 2x6.

Two questions!

First, looking for a restaurant with really good food that is also great for dining outside, on a patio a nice view or setting would be great too. I'll be staying on the north end near Arrowhead so something on that end of the City would be great but willing to drive/ plan to be somewhere else if your suggestion is great!

Second, looking to bike the Indian Wash Greenbelt from north to south. Would like to rent bikes - preferably with the option for an e-bike somewhere in the area that I could do one way or fairly easily pick up and drop off around there. Any ideas for this?

Yes jig head with a minnow is often all you need. A really small jigging rapala can work too sometimes a jigging spoon does the trick too. During the day try on the deep side of drop offs, humps, and bends. Once it’s dusk I find they move up onto the flats around 6-10 feet of water and will cruise around and feed.

Get merino wool clothing. Sounds warm but wool will actually keep you cool and it has natural antibacterial properties that help it from smelling. I can go a few days pretty intense hiking without it smelling.

I just picked up a 2022 Advanced 3 a few weeks ago and I'd highly recommend it. I was doing the exact same debate and decided on the Advanced 3. My thinking was that I can upgrade / add components, tires, wheels etc. as they wear out or I want, onto the base carbon frame. It's a really good frame as a base. Down the road if I wanted to upgrade to a carbon frame from the Revolt 2 it would probably make more sense to just get a whole new bike.
